Preserve Larchmont has hired counsel and land use experts to advise us as we navigate through the current zoning initiative. We have taken this step to ensure that the new zoning regulations enacted by the Village make sense and help limit overdevelopment, but do not have the unintended consequence of making our zoning laws unnecessarily burdensome for the residents of the Village.
To meet our objectives we are asking the community for their assistance as we move forward.
All funds raised will be used to pay for outside counsel and zoning consultants, as well as promotional materials.
As such, Preserve Larchmont has been established as a Not-For-Profit corporation, and is seeking to be designated as a 501(c)(4) by the Internal Revenue Service.
This could not happen without the support of friends like you. Our organization's efforts rely on philanthropy, at all levels of giving, to maintain our organization's initiatives.
Please help us as we continue to pursue the preservation of Larchmont's classic suburban identity while promoting its historical properties and rich history of the community.
